The Frequency Method is rooted in deep, ancient wisdom — and it’s important to honor where that wisdom began.

This work is my personal interpretation of 9 Star Ki, a traditional system of Eastern astrology with origins in Asia. Grounded in the rhythms of nature and the cycles of time, 9 Star Ki has been used for centuries to help individuals live in greater harmony with themselves and the world around them. It is especially present in acupuncture.

My teachers — Megan and Jeff Potter and Jean Haner — generously passed down their knowledge and insight, and I’m forever grateful for their guidance. Learning 9 Star Ki changed my life. It gave me a language for understanding human nature, a framework for seasonal and personal cycles, and a way to come home to myself.

The Frequency Method was created to make this ancient wisdom more accessible to Western minds — especially for those in business, leadership, and personal growth. While much of the original material remains untranslated or unavailable in English, I’ve shaped this system into something that speaks directly to the needs of today’s entrepreneurs, creatives, and changemakers.

It is with deep respect and ongoing awe that I share this work.
